SHIPPING TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES - Shipping costs will be actual shipping cost plus $2.00 handling fee. Orders will be shipped by USPS EXPRESS MAIL. REMEDY SOURCE and WASHINGTON HOMEOPATHIC PRODUCTS are not held accountable, financially or otherwise, for orders held up by customs or lost during shipment. No refunds will be given. Customer assumes all responsibility. Credit cards will be charged an additional $1.00 for merchant service fees.We do not ship to France, Germany or Spain.

PRIORITY MAIL - All orders are shipped by Priority Mail or UPS.

Shipping normally takes 2 - 8 days. Allow 3 to 4 days for order to be shipped once it has been received.

UPS GENERAL NOTE - Due to the rising increase of fuel costs, UPS special shipping charges have increased significantly. Most Next Day Air services start around $40 and Saturday delivery starts around $60. Please contact Remedy Source for shipping estimates.

UPS - To choose any UPS Special Shipping option, enter it in the Comment Box on the ordering information page.

UPS GROUND - UPS Ground ships only to the continental United States. Allow 3 to 4 days for order to be shipped once it has been received.

UPS OVERNIGHT - Guarantees order will go out the same day if placed before 1 pm eastern time. Orders will arrive the next day by close of business. Orders placed on Friday will arrive on Monday. Email Remedy Source for an estimate of charges. This option is not available in all areas. If that is the case, then the order will be shipped UPS OVERNIGHT.

UPS OVERNIGHT SATURDAY DELIVERY - For orders placed on a Friday, a $12.50 charge is added to the shipping price for Saturday delivery. This option is not available in all areas. Email Remedy Source for an estimate of charges and availability of this option. We will need the full address.

UPS 2ND DAY AIR - Guarantees order will go out the same day if placed before 1 pm eastern time. Example: an order placed on Monday will arrive Wednesday before close of business. This shipping method is not available in all areas. Email Remedy Source for estimate of charges and availability of this option. We will need the full address.

UPS 3 DAY SELECT - Guarantees order will go out the same day if placed before 1 pm eastern time. Example: an order placed on Monday will arrive Thursday before close of business. This shipping method is not available in all areas. Email Remedy Source for estimate of charges and availability of this option. We will need the full address.

SHIPPING REFUNDS - If an order is placed using UPS OVERNIGHT, 2ND DAY AIR, or 3 DAY SELECT and it does not arrive in the guaranteed time frame, you will receive a refund of shipping costs minus $7.99.

RETURNS

Any problems must be brought to the attention of REMEDY SOURCE.

All returns must be pre-approved by REMEDY SOURCE, not WHP. There is a re-stocking fee of 25% of the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns must be within 30 days of the date the order was placed. Seals must not be broken on product. Special orders cannot be cancelled or returned. If REMEDY SOURCE or WHP made an error with the order, the re-stocking fee will not apply.

Potencies of 10m and higher in quantities larger than 4 dram or 1/2 fl oz. cannot be returned. LM potencies cannot be returned, as well as Special Orders (custom manufacturing).

All claims must be made within 24 hrs of date of delivery.

TERMS

There will be a service fee of $10.00 per occurrance for credit card chargebacks.
