Description: The homeopathic remedy Hepar Suphuris Calcareum, also known as Hepar Sulph, is made from calcined oyster shells and flowers of sulphur. It is triturated to the 8x potency and then converted into liquid.

Indications: Hepar Sulph is used to treat sore throat, tonsilitis, earache, boils, abscesses, cough and other conditions. It has great sensitivity to drafts; suppuration; stitching pains; sensation of splinter in throat when swallowing. Worse: dry cold winds, cool air, slightest draft; lying on painful side. Better: damp weather, warmth, after eating, wrapping head up.
